FACE BY STEPHY is not responsible for incorrect mailing addresses entered. Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We rely on the information provided by the customer to process orders and arrange for delivery. FACE BY STEPHY is not liable for missing packages marked delivered. If you believe this was mis-delivered, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly.
Address Corrections: If you realize that you've entered an incorrect shipping address after placing your order, please contact our customer service team immediately. We'll do our best to update the address before the order is processed and shipped.
Limitations: Please note that we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed and shipped. If the order has already been dispatched with an incorrect address, we may not be able to reroute the shipment or make changes to the delivery address.
Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address provided. We cannot be held liable for any delays, mis deliveries, or non-deliveries resulting from inaccurate or incomplete address information.
Additional Charges: In cases where an incorrect address results in a failed delivery attempt and the package is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package to the correct address. Please understand that we would need to re-purchase a shipping label in order to ship it out again. If a package were to get back to us, our customer service would contact you immediately and assist you.
